There have been many attempts to prepare effective charge storage films with characteristic properties of flexibility,tunability,and easy processing of polymers.Polymer composites are considered promising candidates for capacitors and charge-storage applications.The improvement of the dielectric properties of the polymers is the pressing issue in these applications.In this study,we reported a novel and effective way to prepare well-aligned reduced graphene oxide(rGO)/poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)composites,[1] and various covalently modified rGO/PVDF-HFP composites by small molecule and macromolecule such as 4-azidotetrafluorobenzoic acid(F)and polyethylenimine(PEI).The good dielectric performance of the nanocomposites was attributed to the good alignment,homogeneous dispersion and functional groups on the surface of rGO.(the dielectric constant at 100 Hz was improved and 5-12 times that of pure PVDF-HFP film and the loss was below 0.5)At the same time,the influences of the orientation,desperation and interface interaction between rGO and PVDF-HFP on the dielectric properties were studied.In addition,the charge storage properties of these composites films were learned by the triboelectric nanogenerator as power supply device.The rGO composite films could collect and store the electric charge for long time which were considered ideal candidates for several applications including electromechanical convertors,actuators,sensors,memory devices and artificial muscles.
