菘蓝(Isatis indigotica.Fort)是传统药材板蓝根(Isatidis Radix)的原植物.木脂素(lignan)类化合物是板蓝根中重要的一类抗病毒活性物质,由于其在菘蓝根部的累积的水平较低(<1‰),因此研究其在菘蓝中的生物合成特征及调控机制对提高板蓝根药材中活性成分水平,改良药材品质具有重要意义.本研究以茉莉酸甲酯(Methyl jasmonate,MeJA)诱导的菘蓝毛状根为研究对象,通过高通量代谢组与转录组的整合分析,详尽描绘了MeJA 介导的菘蓝毛状根中转录调控及代谢变化过程,并从中筛选出相关的转录本及化合物.通过共表达网络分析及关键基因的筛选,对菘蓝中木脂素类化合物的特异合成路径及关键调控因子进行了预测.
