According to the slip mechanism of chromatography, the solute move in the column contained at least two kinds of process.One was that under mobile phase driving the adsorbed solute mechanically moved at the surface of stationary phase, namely slip.Another was the solute ceaseless distribution between first absorbed layer and second absorbed layer (even third absorbed layer) in the process of slip.Suppose detector response was f(t) at time t, peak area was A, base line was at Y0.The time function of fitting Elution Curve was derived from slip mechanism, as follows.
