  In order to investigate the biological activity of novel bi-heterocyclic compounds,a series of N-(3,5-disubstituted-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carboxamides with different alkyl groups attached to pyrazole ring were designed and synthesized based on our previous work.With ethyl 3-alkyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate 1 as starting materials,16 key intermediates of 3-Alkyl-4-amino-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamides were obtained via 5 or 6 steps.
