  Obesity has been increasing year by year in number of obese individuals and in disease severity.The physical activity is an important preventive factor and reducer of the effects of obesity and promotes a protective effect against the development of cardiovascular disease (CVD).Prevent, discuss and evaluate the treatment of obesity is entirely relevant.It is a multifactorial disease and it is important that the treatment has a multidisciplinary approach with physicians, psychologists, nutritionists and fitness trainers.
