不同脉宽比和相间距脉冲对电刺激神经募集响应的影响

本论文基于肌电信号(electromyography,EMG)再生原理,通过定量分析不同脉宽比和相间距(interphase gap,IPG)刺激脉冲的影响,期望在不改变系统软硬件前提下优化功能电刺激器的性能.首先使用多触点卡肤(cuff)电极刺激损脊蟾蜍坐骨神经,获得不同脉宽比和IPG的刺激募集响应曲线.然后,通过玻尔兹曼方程拟合出最大幅度、阈值、斜率和动态范围四个募集特征值.最后,在这些特征参数综合考虑下,通过这些特征参数定量分析,确定出脉宽比为1:6的非对称双相电荷平衡脉冲和IPG=300μs为最佳的参数,为刺激器脉冲波形参数的设定提供重要的参考.
