采用惠斯通电桥研究了NaF-AlF3-CaF2-LiF-Al2O3系变温等容电导率。发现该体系的电导率随温度的升高和分子比的增加而升高。在高Al2O3浓度、高分子比区的研究结果适合中型自焙槽,在低Al2O3浓度、低分子比区的研究结果适合大型预焙槽,可供工业生产选择。
The isothermal conductivity of NaF-AlF3-CaF2-LiF-Al2O3 system was investigated by Wheatstone bridge. The conductivity of the system was found to increase with increasing temperature and molecular ratio. In the high Al2O3 concentration, the results of the polymer ratio zone are suitable for medium-sized self-baking cell. The results of low Al2O3 concentration and low molecular ratio region are suitable for large prebake cell for industrial production.
