Purpose-Entomology is a useful tool when applied to engineering challenges that have been solved in nature.Especially when these special abilities of olfactory sensation,vision,auditory perception,fly,jump,navigation,chemical synthesis,exquisite structure and others were connected with mechanization,informationization and intelligentization of modern science and technology,and produced innumerable classical bionic products.

通过生物信息学的方法预测了PhcyNPV 基因组中142 条miRNA 成熟体分子,再用miRanda、RNAhybird 两个软件预测了miRNAs 对病毒自身靶基因进行预测,提取有共同交集的miRNA 33 条。用RT-PCR 验证这33 条miRNA,确定其中的6 条为miRNA 成熟体序列。
动物肠道中存在庞大而复杂的微生物群落，是宿主重要的“微生物器官”，对宿主生长发育具有非常重要的作用。由于遗传、饮食等因素，动物肠道微生物组成会产生差异。本研究以抗逆性差异显著的两个家蚕品种大造和菁松为试验材料，采用16S rRNA 克隆文库技术对两个家蚕品种的肠道微生物进行测序分析，主要结果如下：将两个品种的家蚕样品上机测序，原始数据进行去杂、优化获得样品优化数据。
适宜的温度是昆虫正常生长发育的必要条件，温度过高或过低都会对昆虫的生长发育产生不利影响。高温环境下家蚕对饲料的消化吸收及生理代谢功能受到影响，为了从不同视角了解高温对家蚕生长发育的影响机制，本研究初步检测分析了高温对家蚕肠道微生物群落的影响。
