采用热分析法(DSC)测量了NiTi合金相变热△H~(P→M,R)及△H(M,R→P)随热循环周数n的变化.随着循环周数n的增加,|△H|逐渐下降并达到一稳定数值.利用不同应力σ下热循环相变的电阻测量结果,计算了在不同应力σ下NiTi合金△H(P→M,R)和△G(P→M,R)随循环周数n的变化,并对带载热循环相变过程特点进行了讨论.
The change of the heat △ H ~ (P → M, R) and △ H (M, R → P) with the number of thermal cycles n of NiTi alloy were measured by thermal analysis (DSC) || H | of the NiTi alloy at different stress σ and the value of △ H (P → M, R) and ΔG P → M, R) changes with the number of cycles n, and the characteristics of the thermal cycling phase transition process with load are discussed.
