Chromate conversion treatment is one of the chemical conversion treatment performed on the base metal because the chromatc convcrsion coating (CCC) shows the high corrosion resistance and improves the paint adhesion of the base metal [1-5].It is well known that the scratch or defect in the CCC is protected without further treatment due to the self-healing effect of CCC [3].
