目的:研究荔枝核乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、制备薄层等方法分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从荔枝核乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:豆甾醇(1)、对羟基苯甲醛(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)和山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)。结论:其中,化合物2、5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of ethyl acetate in litchi. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. Their structures were identified by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. Results: Five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of ethanol extract of Litchi chinensis and identified as stigmasterol (1), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (2), protocatechuic acid (3), daucosterol And kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2 and 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
