Aim:To investigated the effects of heat and UVB, on melanocyte melanogenesis, differentiation,and MAPK phosphorylation.Methods:Westernblot was used in this study.Results:The results showed that heat (1 h at 40C for 5 days) increased cell dendrites, enlarged cell bodies, and induced extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERK)/p38/MITF activation.
