鉴于知识创新在自主创新中的重要作用以及现有企业知识创新研究的不足,本文分析企业满足消费需求时的四种知识创新策略,并在对企业四种知识创新策略时所耗用的成本和所获得的收益进行了建模与分析,在此基础上以企业不采取知识创新策略为基准,得出了企业在不同条件下知识创新策略选择,最后总结了本研究结论并提出了研究不足以及未来研究方向。
