肠道病毒71型2C蛋白通过结合RelA(p65)抑制NF-κB通路激活的研究

  病毒采用多种策略抑制NF-κB信号通路以利于自身复制。肠道病毒71型是引起手足口病的首要病毒。本文中通过酵母双杂交鉴定NF-κB信号通路关键因子RelA(p65)与肠道病毒71型2C蛋白存在相互作用。进一步实验表明,通过结合p65的IPT区段,2C能够抑制p65/p50的异源二聚体的形成。同时,小RNA病毒科多种病毒的2C蛋白通过结合p65以及IKKβ进而抑制NF-κB通路激活。综上,本文为肠道病毒71型对抗天然免疫提供了新的机制。
