稀土掺杂上转换发光(UCL)材料及其应用研究已经成为近年来研究热点,人们尝试多种方式提高UCL效率、光学性能和应用特性.但即使是公认的最高效β-NaYF4:Yb3+,Er3+UCL材料,在980 nm激发下其上转换量子效率(UCQY)也仅为3-4%.以最常用的980 nm激发,555 nm绿色UCL为例,其能量效率只有5.3-7.1%.也就是说,93–95%的激发能量会以热量形式释放,导致样品温度
