凤尾草(Pteris multifida Poir.)在苏州地区民间用于治疗前列腺炎。本文首先对其中的总黄酮部位进行定性定量研究。从风尾草总黄酮部位中分离鉴定了3个黄酮化合物,分别为芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖-4-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(1)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D.葡萄糖苷(2)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3).建立了HPLC-PDA分析方法,对风尾草总黄酮中的三种成分进行了定量分析。其次,采用睾酮诱导小鼠致前列腺炎模型,对凤尾草总黄酮进行药效学试验。给药4周后,凤尾草总黄酮(180mg/kg,灌胃给药)可显著降低前列腺指数。组织切片结果表明前列腺炎症也有明显改善,伴随VEGF水平的抑制和lbFGF水平的升高。研究结果表明风尾草总黄酮对前列腺增生小鼠有一定治疗效果,为进一步开发利用该药材提供参考。
