目的:通过文献系统综述的方法,对比腹腔镜膀胱根治性切除术(laparoscopic radical cystectomy,LRC)与开放腹腔镜膀胱根治性切除术(open radical cystectomy,ORC)的围手术期及肿瘤学相关指标.方法:系统检索Pubmed数据库中LRC与ORC的对比研究文献,并用Review Manager5.1软件对相关结果进行meta分析.结果:共纳入了6篇LR
