　　Indonesia is the worlds largest coconut producing country.About 70% of the production is consumed domestically and only about 30% is exported,it indicates the variability in the post harvest processing and utilization of this crop.The main products of coconut are oil and coconut milk that are used for household cooking and traditional delicacies.
