选择14~18周人工流产胎儿大脑神经细胞进行原代培养,观察活细胞的变化,并用神经特异烯醇化酶免疫组化染色和图象分析方法对脑神经细胞生长发育进行观察。结果:(1)神经细胞在10~14天时最为丰满。在实验的1~28天锌实验组神经细胞存活数显著高于对照组( P< 001)。(2)在实验的5、7、10、14、21天锌实验组神经细胞的突起数目和长度、胞体面积、周长和长短径均显著大于对照组。说明锌具有促进神经细胞生长发育作用。
The fetal brain neurons were selected for primary culture from 14 to 18 weeks of abortion, and the changes of living cells were observed. The growth and development of the brain neurons were observed by immunohistochemical staining and image analysis of neuron specific enolase. Results: (1) The nerve cells were the most abundant at 10 ~ 14 days. In the experimental 1 to 28 days, the survival rate of zinc in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <001). (2) On the 5th, 7th, 10th, 14th and 21st day of the experiment, the numbers and length of neurites in the experimental group were significantly larger than those in the control group. Shows that zinc can promote the growth and development of nerve cells.
