水稻是我国的重要粮食作物,我国的水稻种植区域广泛,其中东北稻区和华中稻区是我国水稻的重要产区,两稻区冬季温度差异显著。分生孢子是稻瘟病菌越冬的方式之一,为了了解各地稻瘟病菌群体是否各自进化到适应各地的环境温度,对东北和华中稻区的73个稻瘟病菌的分生孢子的低温耐受性进行研究。研究结果表明,不同天数(0、5、10、15、20)的低温(-21℃)处理后,东北稻区与华中稻区的稻瘟病菌分生孢子的萌发率差异显

水稻是我国的重要粮食作物,我国的水稻种植区域广泛,其中东北稻区和华中稻区是我国水稻的重要产区,两稻区冬季温度差异显著。分生孢子是稻瘟病菌越冬的方式之一,为了了解各地稻瘟病菌群体是否各自进化到适应各地的环境温度,对东北和华中稻区的73个稻瘟病菌的分生孢子的低温耐受性进行研究。研究结果表明,不同天数(0、5、10、15、20)的低温(-21℃)处理后,东北稻区与华中稻区的稻瘟病菌分生孢子的萌发率差异显著,东北稻区的分生孢子对低温的耐受能力较强。说明了各地稻瘟病菌群体因冬季低温的差异已经存在显著分化,地区间的地理隔离可能在稻瘟病流行起到重要作用,远距离菌源交流对群体遗传结构的影响不大。
