Using RNA-seq, the transcription factors (TFs) in "71-3-150", a cold-resistant apple dwarf rootstock, responding to cold stress (4 ℃) of 0, 2, 6, 12 and 24h were screened by analyzing their timing changes.In four comparison groups (0 vs.2h, 0 vs.6h, 0 vs.12h,0 vs.24h), 83, 98, 115 and 136 differentially expressed TF genes were found respectively.
