Internet family emerged in the modern society with four major characteristics: the asexuality of the couple’s life, the non-duality of the husband-wife relationship, the convertibility of the sex of the husband and the disappearance of the real relationship. The social roots of its rise are the weakening of family functions, the increase of tolerance of moral values and the enhancement of network technology capabilities. Among them, there are three major contradictions, such as the expansion of cyberspace and the squeeze of social interaction, the sharp increase of psychological pressure and the lack of emotional catharsis, the development of marital needs and the lack of realistic conditions. The rise of the Internet family has caused three major changes in the concept of family, the changes in marriage and the crisis of the real family.
