In this paper, through the combination of questionnaire, documentation and interviewing methods as well as the personal practices and experience of the author, a specific study is carried out from the aspects of the physical education faculty, students learning motivations, curriculum provision, and teaching contents and evaluation in Shaanxi private undergraduate education.At the mean time, the factors to influence the P.E.teaching effects in Shaanxi private undergraduate education are researched in depth.Based on these, the author put forward some feasible suggestions.
