　　Postpartum depression is one of mental disorders that affects mothers and their babies.Currently the mechanism of postpartum depression remains unknown.The effect factors may include the sudden drop of estrogen,dysfunction of HPA or HPT axis and so on.So far,the estrogen withdraw theory is the most generally accepted theory.
