Introduction : Cardiac tuberculosis usually involves the pericardium, though can infrequently involve myocardium as well as endocardium.Familiarity with imaging spectrum of Cardiac Tuberculosis is pertinent for accurate diagnosis and predicting future clinical course.Method : 24 consecutive patients with suspected tuberculosis, and presenting with congestive cardiac failure, ventricular arrythmias were evaluated retrospectively.CMR was performed on a 1.5T and 3T scanners using a dedicated cardiac coil and ECG triggering.
