A new manufacture technique of micro-lens solidified on needing positions dynamically using optic glue is suggested.It is formed directly on positions where the micro-lens needs to be mounted.This technique is easy,cheap and quick.It is used in PCR fluorescent micro-detector that is kernel component of automatic space microbe alarm.Lightfocusing ability of the micro-lens solidified dynamically on PCR fluorescence micro-detector is researched.Light ray track equations of stimulation micro-lens and detection micro-lens are derived.Relative light intensity distribution curve for stimulation lens and illumination point probability distribution curve for detection lens are given respectively.Performance parameters that describe lightfocusing ability for two micro-lenses are listed.PCR fluorescent micro-detector with the micro-lens solidified dynamically using optic glue NOA61 is made.Some experiments about sensitivity of the micro-detector are made.The experiment results indicate that the detector with lens of R/h=4 can increase sensitivity about 4.48 times compare with the detector without lens.
