本文探讨利用智能手机健身App在自我监控日常体力活动中的作用及其健康效应,为促进日常体力活动提供有效的方法.指出利用智能手机健身App自我监控可提高白领日常体力活动水平特别是交通和闲暇体力活动,形成规律性体力活动行为,并有助于减肥;建议智能手机健身App可作为促进日常体力活动的策略与方法。
