对于ICT产品而言,产品的功能属性定义的重要性不言而喻,但产品造型作为重要的产品区隔的手段,其对于产品被正确感知的影响力显得尤为突出.设计师作为产品定位的演绎者,其所提供的产品形态若不能符合产品定位并服务于企业对产品体系的宏观规划与策略,则会对企业的长远和系统的产品体系健全发展带来负面影响.本研究尝试提供一种方法帮助企业在产品进入制造之前对造型设计方案进行评估,检验其与产品规划的符合程度,以达到产品造型设计服从于企业的产品策略的目的.该评估方法采用实物投射法获取消费者对于产品形态的感知意象数据,通过对应分析法,以感知定位图呈现分析结果,最后通过对产品体系的整体分析来形成对新产品造型概念的评估.研究表明该企业的产品系统规划存在不足,具体表现在有些产品的感知定位雷同,有些产品没有特色,难以引起消费者的兴趣.
