1.概况我厂Φ360×2/Φ250×5轧钢机粉煤连续加热炉,原设计炉膛的内空有效宽3.364米,进炉最大坯料长2.9米。后来由于成品孔型后的飞剪难以控制,造成废品大量增多,就拆除了飞剪。这样使冷床台面长度不够,迫使进炉坯料最大长度不超过2.4米,形成炉膛宽,坯料短,能耗高的局面。改造时将炉膛有效宽3.364米改为2.9米;加热段上空高度1468毫米改为1220毫米,下空高度1650毫米
