　　Objective To investigate the utility of spectral CT renal angiography (CTRA) for reducing contrast medium using single source dual-energy CT.Methods Forty-eight consecutive patients with suspected renal vascular hypertension underwent either conventional CTRA with 120 kVp and normal contrast medium dose at 1 ml/kg (n=23) or spectral CTRA with half contrast medium dose at 0.5 ml/kg (n=25).
