　　Purpose: To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Radix Hedysari Polysaccharide (HPS) on clinical indicators, the expression of Toll-like receptor-4 (TLR4) and its downstream transduction molecules with endotoxin-induced uveitis in rats.Methods:EIU was induced by intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS 200 μg) in male Wistar rats.
