借助有限元分析软件ANSYS,对8根压区粘钢加固钢筋混凝土梁进行非线性有限元建模与分析。分析中考虑材料非线性以及混凝土的开裂与压碎。对单元类型的选取、材料模型的定义、整体有限元模型的建立、施加荷载、设置求解选项并求解等数值模拟技术进行了研究。计算结果与试验吻合良好。研究表明,通过合理设置参数,可以利用有限元建模对压区粘钢加固试件的受力进行模拟。
With finite element analysis software ANSYS, nonlinear finite element modeling and analysis of eight nip-bonded reinforced concrete beams were carried out. The material considered is nonlinear in the analysis as well as cracking and crushing of the concrete. The selection of element type, the definition of material model, the establishment of the overall finite element model, the application of load, setting of solving options and solving numerical simulation techniques were studied. The calculated result is in good agreement with the test. The research shows that by reasonably setting the parameters, the finite element model can be used to simulate the stress of the bonded steel reinforcement specimen in the nip.
