Rhodococcus sp.strain YYL possesses high THF degradation efficiency under the optimal pH 8.3,however,low THF degradation was found in strain YYL under pH 7.0.In THF degradation study,Bacillus cereus could help strain YYL possessed higher THF degradation efficiency than that of single stain YYL under pH 7.0; however,Bacillus cereus imposed no influence on strain YYL degrading THF under pH 8.3.qPCR was employed for quantify THF monooxygenase gene (thmA) of strain YYL and spore gene (Gem) of Bacillus cereus.
