Objective:To study the mechanismof the Prescription for Invigorate the Kidney of preventing and treating osteoporosis.Methods 48 six-month-old female rats were divided into 4 groups:normal control,ovariectomized,estrogen supplemented and traditional chinese herbs.After establishing modle,the rats of traditional chinese herbs were given the intragastric administration with GuKang,one day at a time.The rats of estrogen supplemented were given nilestriol,once a week.the others were given distilled water,one day at a time.
