北京地区10个快菜品种种传真菌的初步研究

  本研究采用洗涤检验法和PDA培养基法对来自北京地区的10个快菜品种进行了种传真菌检测和初步鉴定.结果表明:10个快菜品种的干种子平均带菌率高达72.7%,其中8个品种的带菌率介于70.3%~ 100%,另外两个品种的带菌率低于10.0%;青霉属(Penicillium spp.)、曲霉属(Aspergillus spp.)、链格孢属(Alternaria spp.)、镰刀属(Fusarium spp.)真菌为干种子携带优势菌群,其中链格孢属真菌的平均携带率高达72.5%.无菌水洗涤后,10个快菜品种的种子平均带菌率为57.0%;青霉菌、曲霉菌、链格孢菌为水洗后种子携带的主要菌群,其中链格孢菌和青霉菌的平均带菌率分别为61.2%和29.7%.10个快菜品种中,从7个品种的种子洗涤液中检测到真菌,主要菌群为链格孢属、青霉属和曲霉属真菌,其中青霉菌和曲霉菌的分离比例较高.采用1% NaClO处理种子后,快菜种子真菌携带率介于4.0%~19.5%,平均携带率为9.1%,携带的真菌种类主要为链格孢菌、青霉菌和曲霉菌,其中链格孢菌的平均携带比例为92.0%.国内未见围绕快菜种传真菌的相关研究报道,本研究所取得的结果将为进一步明确快菜种传真菌的具体种类及其对快菜的致病性提供基础,为生产中预防通过种子进行传播病害以及有效地防治相关病害提供参考.
