　　I will briefly explain my proposal of a mathematical definition of Coulomb branches of 3-dimensional gauge theories in arXiv:1503.03676.Then I explain how their Hilbert series are related to refined DT invariants of certain Calabi-Yau 3-folds,say the resolved conifold.
