The extraction of nickel from nickeliferous laterites has attracted considerable attention of nickel industry during the recent years.In the present work, the physico-chemical properties of low-grade serpentinic nickeliferous laterites from China were investigated by chemical methods, XRD, SEM,BET, particle size analysis, DTA/TG and IR techniques.
