  CMK-3,a member of the ordered mesoporous carbon materials,has been considered as one of the most leading electrode materials due to its high conductivity,uniform diameter,an interconnected mesoporous structure with a large pore volume and a highly ordered hexagonal morphology which is widely used as the host material for encapsulation of guest materials.However,binary transition metal oxide was rarely used as the guest material and the filling rate was seldom discussed in previous studies.
