This study was to investigate effects of serum amyloid A (SAA) on expressions of scavenge receptor class B type Ⅰ (SR-BI) and inflammatory factor in THP-1 macrophage.THP-1 cells were treated with SAA and P38 agonist (anisomycin) or inhibitor (SB203580), respectively.SR-BI expressions were examined by RT-PCR, Western blotting and cell immunohistochemical method.
