  Recently tight junction (TJ) are considered as raft-like membrane compartments and represent a structural and functional distinct membrane microdomains, which are essential in spatial organization of TJs and in regulation of paracellular permeability in epithelial cells.Flaws in tight junction (TJ) barrier have been considered as a crucial etiologic factor of Crolns disease, which is an autoimmune disease and terribly harm humans health.Polyunsaturated fatty acids, including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 22∶6 n-3), modulate immune responses and exert beneficial effects on inflammatory bowel disorders.However, the mechanisms are not yet elucidated.
