Objective:The aim of present study is to construct the profiles of LncRNAs in blood of patients with essential hypertension and healthy controls.Methods:LncRNA microarray was used to screen the LncRNAs profile in plasma of normotensives and hypertensives.The IncVSM with differential levels was further analyzed for exploring the roles in promoting hypertension.
