Objective: To analyze the reasons of the poor rehabilitative effect in 7 cases after cochlear implant surgery.Methodology: A retrospective case review was conducted on 7 cochlear implant cases who accepted speech-language rehabilitation more than one year but with poor effect.Their performance was estimated in audiology, imaging and psychology once again.
