本文研究了顶吹氧气及底吹氬气流量对不锈钢脱碳速度的影响。顶吹氧气时会生成高熔点的氧化幢并参加脱碳反应,随底吹氬气流量的增加,脱碳速度加大,此种作用在低碳区影响更大。
In this paper, the effects of top-blowing oxygen and bottom-blowing argon flow on the decarburization rate of stainless steel were investigated. Oxygen blowing top will generate a high melting point oxide and participate in decarburization reaction, with the increase of bottom blowing argon flow, decarburization speed increased, such a greater impact in the low-carbon area.
