　　With the approach of homologous cloning,the conserved fragment of cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase(CAD)was obtained through degenerate amplification.The fragment was approximately 500bp in length,serving to design two specific primers involved in subsequent 3 and 5 RACE reactions.
