　　Perinatal liver failure (PLF),a kind of severe liver damage in particular population in 28-40 weeks of pregnancy or one week after delivery.Its common causes mainly include in acute fatty liver of pregnancy,viral hepatitis.The effect of traditional therapy is still limited for PLF with a higher death rate.Presently,medical comprehensive therapy and ICU monitoring treatment cannot make all perinatal liver failure patients to recover.
