　　The investigation on novel platinum antitumor agents is a hot topic in clinical and medicinal fields.Platinum(Ⅳ)compounds,as pro-drugs of platinum(Ⅱ)drugs,retain broad spectral and effective biological activities of platinum(Ⅱ)drugs,and exert some intriguing properties including good stabilities,tumor targeting,low toxicities etc.
