基于单跨两步足尺试验得到的数值模型,应用有限元软件对场地试验的新型插盘式脚手架体系建立三维有限元模型,并进行几何非线性分析。以有限元结果为参考,对新型插盘式脚手架体系进行足尺场地堆载试验研究。试验研究证明了新型插盘式脚手架体系具有较强的承载能力;安装缺陷对立杆和支撑的轴力有明显影响。
Based on the numerical model of single-span two-step full-scale test, the finite element software was used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of the new type of scaffolding system for site test and the geometric nonlinear analysis. Based on the finite element results, a full-scale site laden test was carried out on the new type of scaffolding system. Experimental studies have proved that the new type of scaffolding scaffolding system has a strong bearing capacity; installation defects have a significant impact on the axial force of the pole and the support.
