Purpose:To determine the role of Endostar (Human Recombinant Endostatin Injection) in the treatment of radiation-induced brain injury (RBI).Methods and Materials:We assessed the pathogenesis change of brain injury and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) mRNA and protein in rat brain after whole-brain irradiation (6 MeV electron beam) among Sham,Irradiation (IR) and Irradiation+ Endostar (IR+EN) groups.
