The selectivity in gas chromatographic chiral separation can be modified by: 1) the nature of chiral stationary phase-in this case the adjustment of selectivity is time consuming stepwise process realized by changing of chiral selectors or polysiloxane support, 2) the use of mixed stationary phases containing two or three different chiral stationary phase, 3) coupling two columns coated with different chiral selector in series and optimizing working conditions.
