Shenfu injection (SFI) is a well-defined Chinese herbal formulation, which is obtained from red ginseng and processed aconite root.Its clinical efficacy and pharmacological property have been extensively investigated.Pharmacokinetics studies, however, are remained to be explored.In this work, we used Rg1, Rb1, Rc, BMA and FN as the mark components to study the pharmacokinetics.
